Real estate professional Richard Maize developed a passion for enterprise as a young man. After graduating from California State University Northridge, Richard turned his love of business into successful real estate ventures. By the age of 28, Maize owned a thousand apartment units and found what would become one of the largest mortgage banking companies in the U.S. As a sought-after industry expert, he has been a consultant in court and on television for his expertise in real estate and financial trends. He also offers pro bono instruction to hundreds of young and old alike on the basic intricacies of the real estate business.
Aside from winning the Mortgage Originators Top Ten National Producers Award for several consecutive years, Richard has amassed multiple community and philanthropic honors and sits on the boards of the Vista Del Mar Child and Family Services, Cedars Sinai Board of Governors and the American Cancer Society.
Richard currently resides in California with his two daughters and wife Rochelle — with whom he runs the Rochelle and Richard Maize Foundation for philanthropic and charity works.
